Senior Property Manager

Kathy Holverson has enjoyed over 17 years in the real estate industry. She has worked in office, industrial and retail property management. Before joining UCR Asset Services, Kathy has worked for several commercial real estate firms including Centro Properties, Macfarlan Real Estate, Texas Commercial Properties and Hines Investment Limited Partners.

Kathy graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a BA in Journalism and an emphasis in Public Relations. She moved to Texas and continued her studies taking classes with Institute of Real Estate Management.

Away from the office, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
