Land Sold in Vista Ridge Area

Dalmac Vista Ridge Partners has sold a 1.8-acre tract adjacent to Vista Ridge Mall to Kokoro, Inc. for the construction of an 8,500 square-foot sushi-themed restaurant. Ground breaking will be announced at a further date. W. Thurston Witt Jr. with United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks (UCR) handled the transaction along with Nancy Connelly with Duggan Realty Advisors.
