Urban Outfitters Comes To The Shops at Legacy
UCR Urban Proudly Represents The Shops at Legacy in New Urban Outfitters Lease
9.14.2010- UCR Urban Press Release(DALLAS) – UCR Urban recently represented The Shops at Legacy in securing Urban Outfitters for a 9,550 square foot space in the center, a mixed-use shopping center development located at the Dallas North Tollway and Legacy Drive in Plano, Texas.
The retail store plans to open late fall and will offer an eclectic mix of men’s and women’s apparel, accessories and items for the home. The trendy store will occupy a space on Bishop Road between The Ginger Man and Angelika Film Center.
The lease represents Urban Outfitters’ first location north of I-635 and the company’s third store in Dallas/Fort Worth. The store is scheduled to open in the fall of 2010.
Clair Parker Tompkins and Rand Horowitz of UCR Urban represented the landlord, Inland Western, in the transaction.
“The addition of Urban Outfitters to the Shops at Legacy will transform the retail atmosphere of the entire development. We look forward to continuing to place more national specialty retailers in the project while maintaining the unique personality of the development,” said Tompkins.
