The Forum at Olympia Parkway
The Forum at Olympia Parkway was born when UCR had the vision of creating a power center in northeast San Antonio. Teaming up with Kimco Developers, Inc., UCR co-developed the project, leased the center and managed the land acquisition. One of Texas’ largest outdoor shopping centers, The Forum’s success is largely due to the attraction of Target, who, at the time, owned a site barely three miles away. Leveraging this recent transaction, UCR set out to attract other desirable retailers. Now fully leased, the project sold to a NY based, private investment group, and UCR remains its leasing agent when space becomes available.
