UCR was hired by Sugar Land Property Company (subsequently Planned Community Developers) to consult on and head up leasing of the retail portion of this major mixed-use property. A true town center with Sugar Land City Hall as the centerpiece, Sugar Land Town Square has become the hub of activity in southwest Houston where people work, live, shop and just hang out. The Marriott Hotel and Conference Center attracts a significant amount of convention traffic to the center.
